Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for our annual workshop to discuss the State of the Cienega Watershed. The workshop will be held from 8:30 a.m. – noon on Wednesday, March 8, in Room S215 in the Environment and Natural Resources 2 building on the University of Arizona campus.
This year’s workshop will offer our first ever presentation of our assessment of watershed health, using indicators identified by Cienega Watershed Partnership partners over the last two years. We’ll present the results of our analysis of key data on these indicators, offering an initial template for this annual review of our watershed’s overall health. We are looking forward to reaction and critical feedback to this first attempt at describing the state of the watershed.
